This is a collage. Shoulders/neck, face, both eyes, long hair, fringe and the earring are the seperate pieces that were glued onto a background sheet of paper.
All the single pieces were painted with watercolors and waterproof liners beforehand. The earring is made of golden wrapping paper.
A face reference was only used roughly.

Going new ways. It's so much fun. :3 I love the slight 3D effect (especially in the original).
