I had so much fun with this.

Ecoline watercolors and Copic Multiliners on Canson Montval coldpressed 200g/m² watercolor paper. Edited in PS and Image Ready.

[link] The animation is made of 6 (including the open eyes on the complete picture) traditionally drawn and watercolor painted steps. The gif-animation loop consists of 16 frames. The slower eyes opening and closing uses all the steps, while the blinking only uses half of them to fasten it.
